PROPAL Stacker
The PROPAL Stacker is used for precise formation of product layers - Typical products are hollow glass containers and PET bottles.
They are fed to a pusher by the infeed conveyor, in two, four, or six-rows, either from left or right.
A careful product handling is combined with optimized process security by a product infeed, which is controlled by numerical counter.
The formation of the layers can be made both width and length oriented; layers, which can be strapped, are formed by omitting the bottle at the corner.
The final layers are presented on the collection table (conveyor with chain) for the removal by a palletiser, e.g.
PROPAL T3-180-500. The product change takes places centrally by hand wheels with digital displays.
The integrated protective coating allows an excellent view, in need of quick and convenient access to the production process. Due to compact dimensions, a space-saving system layout
is achieved.

Distinguishing Features:
Additionally, it is possible to equip the Stacker with a moving head for processing "non-round" products, such as those with an oval or rectangular cross-section.
Also includes an automatic central lubrication system.
