PROPAL Centring Frame
PROPAL Centring Frame centres product layers in width or length direction (2 x 2) with two independently-working drives.
Drive Centring bar:
- SEW three-phase motor, frequency controlled
- Position determination: Absolute encoder
- Toothed belt drive (maintenance-free)
- Centring bar position (short side). 750 up to 1200 mm
- Centring bar position (long side). 1150 up to 1400 mm
Stoke drive:
- SEW three-phase motor, frequency controlled
- Drive position below (easy to maintain)
- Design with a counterweight (energy-saving)
- Stroke drive with tooth belt
- Guiding Vulkolan rolls (maintenance-free)
- Position determination: Absolute encoder
- Sensor controlled safety device in-line with CE-Norm
The PROPAL Centring Frame distinguishes itself with its column height of 4500 mm (with 400 mm conveyor height and 2700 mm pallet high).
While changing the product, it is not necessary to make any mechanical adjustments. The centering frame's flat design makes the processing of smaller products an easy task.
